What is the New Building Fund?
The New Building Fund is a campaign to purchase a permanent property for TARF Chicago. Our current rented space has served us well, but a permanent home will allow us to expand our programs and serve the community for generations.
How much do we need to raise?
Our goal is $500,000 to cover property acquisition and initial renovation costs. Every donation, large or small, brings us closer to our permanent home.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. TARF Chicago is a registered non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt via email after each donation.

Yes! Monthly donations are a great way to contribute consistently. You can set up a recurring monthly donation on our Donate page.
How are funds being used?
All Building Fund donations go directly toward property acquisition and renovation. Operating expenses are funded separately. We are committed to transparency in how every dollar is spent.

We are actively searching for suitable properties in the Chicago area. The timeline depends on fundraising progress and finding the right location for our community.
